You do. Theryo does not sell or share your clinical content with third‑party model providers. Your notes, prep flows, and exports remain your property; we act as a processor with clearly defined retention, export, and deletion controls that you can review in our Data Processing Addendum.
Does Theryo train its models on my clients’ data?
No. Your PHI and client materials are not used to train shared foundation models. We may use aggregated, de‑identified telemetry (for example, feature usage) to improve the product, but never in a way that allows reconstruction of individual client stories or identifiers.
What happens when the 14‑day trial ends?
You choose whether to convert, export, or delete. If you do not upgrade, we retain your content for a short grace period so you can export your work, then begin an automated deletion process according to our data retention policy. You can also request immediate deletion at any time.
